In addition, a host of other guidelines and

Materials |
VKV Products are fabricated
of materials to suit pipeline installations and service conditions.
VKV Pigging Products will
provide Tensile Strength, Abrasion, and Hardness characteristics
for the intended purpose of pigging, including cleaning, batching,
or gauging; the age of the pipeline; in-plant or range line
pipe; and the media in the line pipe.
VKV Pipeline Equipment and
VKV Repair and Maintenance Products will provide the desired
Yield Strength for the pressure and temperature rating class;
Non-sour or sour service conditions; as well as other service
criteria. VKV Valves will provide the necessary strength and
durability along with low-torque and easy operability over
a long duration of service.
VKV Buoyancy Products will
provide the necessary Net Buoyancy; Colour Properties; and
Tensile Strength, Abrasion, and Hardness characteristics.
VKV Rubber-Metal Bonded
Products will provide the necessary bondage to form an integral,
structural part in Drilling operations.

Welding Procedures |
VKV follows approved Welding Procedure Specification
(WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) while conducting
welding. New WPS and PQR procedures can be established as
desired by client or established procedures at VKV can be
used.
