Pipeline Services Executed Jobs

1991 :
14 km length 3" NB gas pipeline for M/s AOIL & GAIL. The line was chocked with construction debris & condensate. Line was pigged & cut at 4 points. The pipeline was finally pigged again, to check clearance & was found okay.

1994 :
6 km length 18"NB gas line for M/s MAHANAGAR GAS & JPL had pigs stuck-up during hydrotesting. All stuck pigs were removed under vkv guidance.

1995 :
32"NB water line (2 km) from seashore to refinery was pigged & inspected by our pigging team who moved inside the pipeline to inspect damaged cement lining.

1996 :
32"NB water line (1 km) for refineriey was pigged, dried & inspected by our pigging team who moved inside the pipeline to inspect damaged cement lining.

1996 :
Installation of leak repair clamps for M/s ONGCL's 32"NB leaking pipeline, at ankleshwar. Leak successfully sealed.

1997 :
54 km 4"NB gas line belonging to M/s AMUL was pigged by vkvc for removal of condensate.

1998 :
36"NB water line (2 km) for refinery was pigged & inspected our p/l service team who moved inside the pipeline to inspect damaged cement lining.

1999 :
42"NB water line for refinery was pigged & inspected by our p/l service team.
